Members of friends of the Alexandria Zoo, known as FOTAZ, scrambled to move everything to a different location, decorating and setting up tables for the gala event.
This is a new format for the annual Wild Side of the Arts.
The animals’ own art works are the stars of the show, though they’ve been enhanced by local artists. They’re also on sale and the money goes toward an endowment for the zoo.
