Woman Dies in Drowning at Indian Creek
A weekend drowning at Indian Creek Recreation Center results in the death of a woman. Rapides deputies say she is 33-year-old Stacy Lynn Roszell of Pineville.
Witnesses say she dove in 20-foot water near one of the points and never re-surfaced.
Authorities responded Saturday afternoon. She was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy is pending to determine cause of death.
