Wanted Woman Turns Herself In

Deputies say 32-year-old Lionecia Wagner turned herself in Friday. She was wanted in connection to a gift-card scheme at a Dollar General store in Natchitoches.
She’s charged with felony theft and deputies say she’s the subject of a similar investigation by Alexandria police.
