ULL Bomb Threat A Diversion for Bank Robbery
Lafayette authorities say a 30-year-old man is responsible for bomb threats last Wednesday on the ULL campus. Devin Haywood is also charged with attempted bank robbery the day of the bomb threat.
The threat was a hoax. Someone phoned in the threat to KATC-TV in Lafayette, shutting down the campus of about 55 hundred people.
The investigation continues, and authorities say more arrests are possible.
