Two Arrested for Break-in and Vandalism of Church

May 23, 2013 – On April 5th, 2013, Rapides Parish deputies responded to 2675 LA Hwy 121(Camp 8 Pentecostal Church) in reference to the church being broken into and vandalized.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who stated when they entered the back door of the church, they discovered the kitchen was flooded and some items were missing.
Detectives responded to the scene and the investigation was resumed by them. Through the course of the investigation, leads were developed and two arrests have been made.
Nathanial Thomas Burns, 24 of Woodworth and Jessica Davis Dousay, 22 of Hineston, were arrested on the charges of Trespassing, Criminal Damage to Property and Simple Burglary of Religious Building. Both subjects were arrested without incident and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.
Thomas was released on a $15,250.00 bond while Dousay remains in jail on a $15,250.00 bond.
