Tri-centennial Continues with Magnolias & Meat Pies

As the oldest city in Louisiana, Natchitoches is continuing its tri-centennial celebration with a new exhibit called Magnolias and Meat Pies. It’s Saturday from 10 to 4 at the Lemee House.

And, there’s information as well as a recipe for the famous meat pies. The exhibit also features how the film industry has blossomed in Natchitoches from The Horse Soldiers to Steel Magnolias.
