The Beauty of Vernon Parish Photo Contest
The Vernon Parish Chamber of Commerce Annual “Beauty of Vernon Parish” Photo Contest begins today, March 16, 2015.
Each year the contest opens to people of all ages who have an eye towards local beauty in Vernon Parish. Hundreds of entries are received and of those entries twelve are selected
(two from each category) to comprise the Annual Vernon Parish Chamber of Commerce “Beauty of Vernon Parish.” The contest ends on July 15, 2015.
The twelve finalist will be selected and featured in our 2016 Chamber of Commerce Calendar as well as have their photos framed and displayed at Gallery One Ellleven in Leesville for the month of August. Of the selected twelve finalists, one Grand Prize winner will be announced and awarded $500 at the Award Ceremony at Gallery One Ellleven on Saturday, August 15th at 6:00pm. The Grand Prize Winner will be featured on the cover of the 2016 “Beauty of Vernon Parish” Calendar. Attached is the Annual Beauty of Vernon Parish Photo Contest Rules AND Official Entry Form.
So, get your camera out, snap some pictures and send us your photos of “The Beauty of Vernon Parish” and maybe one of your entries will win you $500 and be featured on the front cover of the Chamber’s 2016 Calendar.
