Students Participate in Mock Crash

Today, students at Oak Hill High School participated in a mock crash. That’s with the help of Rapides Regional Medical Center.
Various law enforcement and safety organizations also assisted with the drama to show students what can happen when judgment is impaired on the highway.
Many high schools have parents groups, which provide all-night parties to keep seniors off the roads.
But, state troopers say each year a number of students die needlessly from crashes that happen during graduation festivities.
