State Judge Throws Out Common Core Lawsuit
Educators say common core is legal. A Baton Rouge State District Judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed by the governor and lawmakers, including some from Central Louisiana, which challenges common core.
State Education Superintendent John White says Louisiana deserves a professional plan for tests, not a political one.
The losing side can appeal the ruling.
