Sign-up for Fresh Central Farm-to-Restaurant Pilot Program!
Central Louisiana Economic Development Alliance (CLEDA) is still seeking eight restaurants and eight farmers to participate in the Fresh Central Farm-to-Restaurant pilot program. CLEDA will work closely with each of the participating restaurants and producers during the sixteen-week pilot program to work out any kinks that may arise.
Interested producers and restaurants or caterers should contact CLEDA by March 31st.

What a great way for restaurant owners to get to know local farmers! It would be wonderful if this pilot program become a way of life in Central Louisiana! Eat Local Foods supports the farmers and provides healthier foods to our community. I love this program!
