Building on demand for more interactive Family Art Activities, AMoA is re-tooling Second Saturday this month. Come in from the rain and cold and join us for a focus on Textiles.  Several of our Textile Artist Vendors will be on site demonstrating their techniques in addition to offering their work for sale. Join the Muse Knit-In to hone skills preparing to Yarn Bomb the Louisiana Dragon Boat Races™! Visit Family Experimentation Stations with Museum Educators to explore a variety of techniques.  Come explore the world of textiles – from tie-dye to weaving and textile collage – you are only limited by your own imagination!

As always the fabulous Gift Shop will be open and Tommy’s coffee will be hot! And enjoy live music by Patrick Swasey!
