Run GDN Group to Change Route, Bicycles Welcome

The RUN GDN group is switching their route up for variety.

This social running group begins and ends at Spirits Food and Friends Restaurant on Texas Avenue.  Spirits offers specials for group participants.

All paces are welcome.  3 mile route.

***Breaking News!!!!**** Bicycles welcome.  Bikers will leave first and runners will follow every Tuesday at 6:15 pm.
