RPSO Receives Belt Trauma Kits

The Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office is presented with belt trauma kits from the Rapides Regional Medical Center. A fundraising effort through the sale of “Back the Blue” t-shirts provided funds to purchase these kits with the assistance of Rapides Regional Medical Center.

Belt trauma kits have also been purchased for the Alexandria Police Department and Pineville Police Department. All law enforcement officers who are issued these kits will receive proper training on how they are to be used.
