Ribbon Cutting Held for Latest SPARC Project

This is signage for the lower third where it splits with Second Street as a gateway to the downtown area.
SPARC is a taxpayer-funded infrastructure project that enhances different corridors throughout the city. In this case, it’s the riverfront and lower third.
Other gateway signs are on Highway 28 West and on Masonic Drive.
