Retired Judge Terrell to Run for DA

Another candidate throws his hat in the ring for District Attorney in Rapides Parish.

Retired Judge Phillip Terrell of Pineville is the second to announce his plans to run.

He’s looking to fill the seat of retiring District Attorney James Downs.
