Karen Konnerth, hospital head of Calliope Puppets, will present a puppetry workshop on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 2:00 PM. Teens ages thirteen to nineteen are invited to learn about the art of puppetry from professional puppeteer Karen Konnerth.
“I think this type of workshop for teens and young adults is an opportunity to enrich the community,” said McDonald Branch Manager Gail Goldberg.
“I’m so excited that we able to bring in someone like Karen,” said Youth Programming Manager Karla Kirby. “She is an amazing puppeteer, and I think the teens will not only enjoy her presentation, but learn a lot as well.”
