PPD, APD Arrest Man for Walmart Thefts

He was captured Friday after a high-speed chase that ended in the 500 block of Solomon Street in Alexandria.
He’s charged with robbery, burglary, aggravated flight, reckless operation, plus no driver’s license.
Pineville police say he severely hurt a woman there when he grabbed her purse.
In Alexandria, he’s charged with the robbery of a shopper at the Wal-Mart on Coliseum Boulevard.
The arrest involved several law enforcement agencies.
