Pineville High to Perform “Grease”

Okay cats, pharm throw your mittens around your kittens, prostate get out your leather jackets, pull on your bobby socks and take a trip back in time as the Pineville High School Theatre Department bursts onto the stage with the number one hit musical of all time, GREASE!  Opening September 26 and running through September 29, GREASE highlights the amazing talents of the Pineville High Theatre Department, complete with a live on stage fifties rock band!

“Bad boy Danny and “girl next door” Sandy meet and fall in love. But will their different worlds keep them apart?  This new production features eye popping dance numbers, vintage fifties era cars, and all the songs made famous by GREASE, including “Summer Nights,” “Born to Hand Jive,” “Greased Lightning,” “Shakin’ at the High School Hop,” and many, many more.  So get ready to hand-jive the night away with the show that’ll make you want to stand up and shout, “A-wop-bop-a-loo-bop-a-wop-bam-boom!”
