Physical defense class to start June 2
NATCHITOCHES
The class objective is “to develop and enhance the options of self-defense, so they may become viable considerations to the woman who is attacked.” Participants can expect a professional and safe training environment and to be mentally and physically challenged during this course.
The class will teach risk awareness, reduction and avoidance tactics that will, if employed, increase your chances of not being attacked. Participants will learn self-defense skills that will expand your options should you ever be attacked.
