Pageant Week Begins for Miss LA Contest
It’s pageant week in Monroe and the 35 contestants for Miss Louisiana are moved into their temporary homes. One of these ladies will represent Louisiana in the Miss America Pageant in September.
The Miss Louisiana Organization awards nearly one million dollars in cash and tuition scholarships.
The preliminary competition is Thursday and Friday.
The finals will be shown live here on KLAX-TV Saturday night at 8.
