Oberlin Man Dies in Deadly Crash
State police say speeding, bald tires, and no seat belt contributed to a deadly crash in Allen Parish early yesterday. 45-year-old Wesley Bell of Oberlin died yesterday.
According to troopers, the single-vehicle crash happened on Garcille Road, north of Oberlin.
