NSU Says Farewell to Longest Serving President

NSU is saying farewell to the longest serving president in the school’s history. Randy Webb has served since 1996. The hosts are collecting well wishes for a memory book for Brenda and Doctor Webb. He announced his retirement earlier this year.

And, the search for his successor is already underway. There is now a short list for the person who will occupy the president’s office.

But, Webb says he and his family will be enjoying retirement.

And, there will be more before the Webbs leave Natchitoches. The school’s first game of the season is against Missouri State where the Webbs will be honored at half time.

His successor is expected to be named next month from the short list announced last week.
