New State Budget

Lawmakers are back home — following the annual legislative session, and they have a 26 billion dollar budget in place.

Governor Bobby Jindal issued a statement saying the money does include 69 million dollars to pay for the voucher program. He also notes the new budget rejects Obamacare’s medicaid expansion.
