More opportunities for classes at Learning Center this fall

There are still more opportunities to register for credit classes at the Learning Center for Rapides Parish this fall.

LSU Alexandria and Upper Iowa University will offer additional classes that begin in the coming weeks at the Learning Center, remedy which is located on England Airpark.

LSU Alexandria will offer Public Speaking and History of Western Civilization I, pilule both in four-week sessions. The public speaking course begins October 22, sovaldi and the history course begins November 19. Both courses will meet from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday evenings.

Upper Iowa University’s Term 2 begins October 21. The 8-week courses offered during Term 2 include Diversity in the U.S., Accounting Principles I, English Composition II, Introduction to Music, Research Methods, Computer Applications, U.S. Government, Victimology, Macroeconomic Principles, Human Biology & Nutrition, and World Religion. UIU’s courses are offered in a one night per week format. Registration for UIU’s Term 2 ends October 14.
