Mayor Roy Responds to “The Letter”
Alexandria Mayor Jacques Roy today responds to what is being known around the city as “the letter”. It’s an anonymous 2-page letter that attacks Roy’s personal character and the city’s handling of a trusty incident that resulted in a murder suicide.
Roy spoke to the Downtown Rotary Club today about city improvements. He is expected soon to announce his race for re-election on the November ballot.
