Mayor Roy Details Proposal for New Performing Arts Center Management
Mayor Jacques Roy goes into detail on a proposal to hire the community foundation to run the performing arts center.
It’s twice been pulled from the city council agenda, mainly he says to let people look at the contract and make sure it benefits the city.
The Community Foundation and its head, Tom Harmeyer, will run the performing arts center.
