Marksville Woman Killed by Car While Jogging

A Marksville woman is killed while jogging in Avoyelles parish on Highway 1192.

She’s 50-year-old Annette Smith. It happened yesterday afternoon. State police say she was in the westbound lane when she was hit by a westbound car.
