Man Wanted for ATV Thefts Turns Himself In
Rapides Deputies say a man wanted for ATV thefts has turned himself into authorities. Anthony Edgefield Junior of Alexandria is accused of theft and conspiracy.
Deputies say he’s part of a ring of thieves taking 4-wheelers in the southern part of the parish.
