Man Arrested for Smoking Marijuana in Car with Child

Vernon Deputies arrest a man they say was driving with a child while smoking marijuana.

Deputies charge 26-year-old Richard Bottini of Leesville with cruelty to a juvenile as well as possession of marijuana.
