Lots of New Faces in Statewide, Parish Politics

U.S. Senator-Elect is Bill Cassidy, who is also a physician.

Another doctor is new Fifth District Congressman Ralph Abraham of Alto.

And the new Rapides Parish DA is former Pineville City Judge Phillip Terrell.

In another hard-fought race in the city of Alexandria, Jim Villard won re-election to the city council.
