Lone Democrat in Governor’s Race Stops in Cenla on Statewide Tour

The lone democrat in the race for governor brings his campaign to Alexandria today.  48-year-old John Bel Edwards and supporters are on a statewide campaign tour.

Edwards is a West Point graduate from Amite and has served in the state house of representatives since 2007.  He is also a graduate of the LSU Law School.

After a rally today, Edwards headed to Natchitoches for a late-afternoon event at the arts center.   Tomorrow he’ll be in Northwest Louisiana.
