Local Nurses Attend Educational Symposium

An all-day symposium for the nursing community looks at medical problems unique to college campuses like LSUA.

These nursing students and some graduates are looking at unusual cases, learning their roles in assisting with cures. The nurses say this kind of professional development brings them up-to-date on the latest challenges they’ll encounter in the working world.

Experts made presentations to the nurses all of whom belong to a nursing fraternity and had fun with a poster contest.
