Deputies say Amber Lisotta admitted she used a long gun to kill 51-year-old Timothy Prather.
Detectives were alerted when Prather’s employer went to his home on Tilley Road and Lisotta answered the door. He immediately summoned authorities who say they found him inside with a gunshot wound to his chest.
