LCTCS Board of Supervisors Nominates Dr. Monty Sullivan for System President Position

class=”alignleft size-full wp-image-34999″ style=”margin: 2px 4px;” alt=”DrMontySullivan” src=”http://klax-tv.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/DrMontySullivan.jpg” width=”200″ height=”250″ />BATON ROUGE, LA – The Louisiana Community and Technical College System Board of Supervisors today nominated Dr. Monty Sullivan for the position of System President effective Thursday, February 27.  Sullivan currently serves as chancellor of Delgado Community College in New Orleans.  The Board of Supervisors also voted to have Chairman Michael Murphy enter into contract negotiations with Sullivan.

Dr. Monty Sullivan currently serves as the Chancellor of the Delgado Community College in Louisiana. He previously served as the Executive Vice President for the Louisiana Community and Technical College System in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Master of Education in English Education and a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA.
