Lavalais pleads guilty in Brooks murder case
On February 1, 2023, Terrance K. Lavalais was convicted and sentenced to LIFE in prison for Murder 2. Assistant District Attorneys Lea Hall and Brian Cespiva prosecuted the case.
Terrance K. Lavalais pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the January 2022 killing of Deven Slade Brooks, 27 of Ball for his iPhone and a credit card.
