LaSalle Man Wins Angel Award

L.J. Joe Rachal of Olla is a board member for the Centennial Cultural Center, which promotes fine arts in the parish. Blue Cross and Blue Shield will award a $20,000 grant for Rachal’s charity.
The Angel Awards are given each year to honor volunteers who dedicate their time to children.
