Lake Charles Teen Arrested in Pineville for Vehicle Theft

Police say Zachary Gauthier was a passenger in the car that was stopped Thursday in the 500 block of Bragg Street. Two others in the car ran off, and police received a report of another stolen vehicle, this one from Cummings Street, about a half-mile from the traffic stop. That vehicle was recovered in Avoyelles Parish.

A boy from Lake Charles was arrested at that time for vehicle theft, but a third suspect remains at large. He’s 19-year-old Joseph Kirklin, also of Lake Charles.
