KOMEN ACADIANA ANNOUNCES CENLA PINK COUNCIL

Volunteer Council Members Increase Breast Health Awareness in Central Louisiana

The Acadiana Affiliate of Susan G. Komen is looking for passionate breast cancer advocates who would be interested in serving on the CenLa Pink Council. The Pink Council is a group of volunteers who have committed to a two year term to increase breast cancer education and support for women in the Central Louisiana community.

Komen Acadiana is taking applications for additional members to join the CenLa Pink Council at this time.  Qualifications to serve on the Pink Council include: Passion for the mission of the Susan G. Komen organization, detail oriented, organized, and the ability to interact professionally with sponsors, volunteers, grantees, donors and the public personally and by phone.
