Judge Randow to be Inducted in LA Justice Hall of Fame

w is a 2013 honoree for the Louisiana Justice Hall of Fame.
Randow is one of seven to be inducted in a ceremony next month. The museum is located in the State Penitentiary Museum in Angola.
