Job Fair for Veterans Held at Fort Polk

A job fair reaches out to military groups, including veterans, at Fort Polk.  It’s hosted by the Non-Commissioned Officers Association.

Representatives of companies and organizations are on hand to market their jobs to those transitioning from the military, the reserves and spouses.  Companies routinely say veterans are excellent hires, because they are trained in responsibility and commitment.  Spouses, too, are often prized employees, because they are part of the military state-of-mind.
