Hornbeck Man Arrested for Running Over Anacoco Man
class=”alignleft size-full wp-image-37348″ src=”http://klax-tv.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Tully-Thornton.jpg” alt=”Tully-Thornton” width=”165″ height=”200″ />A Hornbeck man is arrested in Vernon Parish for driving over a man and injuring him early Saturday. 49-year-old Tully Thornton is charged with attempted murder, hit and run and criminal damage to property.
Deputies say he had a fight with 46-year-old Richard Burke of Anacoco, and then hit him with his minivan. Other witnesses tell deputies Thornton them drove the van into an AC unit before finally crashing into a utility pole.
The hit-and-run victim is listed in stable condition.
