Home Canning Classes at McDonald Branch Library

Glenmora, LA—The McDonald Branch of the Rapides Parish Library, located in Glenmora, will host a Home Canning Class on Wednesday, January 8, 2014.

There will be two sessions available: 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  Classes will be held in the Conference Room, and are free to adults, ages 17 & up.  Pre-registration is required.

Home canning is fun, rewarding, and a great way to preserve home grown vegetables and fruit.
