class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-39046″ src=”http://klax-tv.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/burglarssleepin.jpg” alt=”burglarssleepin” width=”400″ height=”246″ />On July 30th, 2014, Deputies from the Deville Sub-station responded to the 1600 Block of Philadelphia Rd. Deville, in reference to a residential burglary.
Upon arrival, deputies located where the suspects had entered the rear of the residence through the back door by breaking a window. Upon entering the residence, it appeared that the suspects rummaged through the kitchen cabinets and throughout the residence. Detectives responded to conduct their investigation and determined the suspects had spent the night and ate food from the residence.
Through their investigation, Detectives were able to develop 2 suspects, identified as Colby Deville and Coleman Strickland both of Deville. Detectives obtained arrest warrants on both suspects. On Wednesday afternoon, Deville was located and placed under arrest and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center. Strickland was located and arrested early Thursday morning and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center. Both suspects remain in jail on a $3500.00 bond at the time of this release.
