Groundbreaking Kicks Off Third St. Enhancement Project
A groundbreaking ceremony held at the intersection of Third and Winn streets in Alexandria kicks off the Third Street Enhancement Project. It extends from Saint James Street to Broadway Avenue.
The project includes street resurfacing, sidewalk improvements, and upgraded street lighting.
Construction is by Merrick Construction LLC from Cottonport.
