Grandmother, Grandson Swept Away by Rising Water

The majority of Rapides parish was spared from the damage seen in the southern part of our state.

But tragedy did strike in the small town of Hineston Sunday afternoon when a grandmother and her grandson were swept away by the rising water. ABC News Reporter Bennett Roland Jr. has more.
