Glenmora Man Accused of Contractor Fraud

A Glenmora man is arrested by Rapides Deputies for Home Improvement Fraud.  31-year-old Jody Wilson Strange is accused of being paid nearly $3,000 for brick work that was never done.

Detectives say the home owner on Pearce Road in Pineville had to hire another contractor to finish the job.

The case was turned over to the detectives for further investigation and they were able to develop enough probable cause to have a warrant issued for Stranges arrest.  On January 27th, detectives arrested Strange for one count of Home Improvement Fraud.  Strange was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center and later released on a $1500.00 bond.
