Free Mother’s Day FITBOX Class
Free FITBOX is for adults. Benefits are cardio, stress relief, and self-defense workout. Class consist of boxing combos, hand and foot techniques on pads with a core component. It is a fun and exciting way to burn between 350 to 450 calories. TV’s Biggest Loser uses FITBOX as a component of their training.
