Faircloth Explains Jindal’s Position in Common Core Fight

An Alexandria attorney is representing Governor Bobby Jindal in the legal battle over common core. Jimmy Faircloth explains the Governor’s legal position in the fight, which is happening just as school is about to start.

Faircloth is a former executive counsel to the Governor. He says up until this week, the legal matters have been fought by staff attorneys for both sides, but now the matter calls for outside counsel.
