Extreme heat conditions are dangerous for us all, but it’s especially a threat to those exercising or working outdoors. Dr. Anthony Pruett says while it’s normal to sweat and feel warm, there are other signs you should watch out for if you are spending a lot of time in the heat.
Doctor Pruett also says it’s important to take your temperature. You should drink not only water, but also something with electrolytes like a sports drink.
