Exchange Club Hosts Candidates for DA

Elections Long-time district attorney in Rapides Parish James Downs is retiring and 3 local attorneys are seeking that seat on November 4th.

Today, they made their pitch to the ongoing forums sponsored by the Exchange Club. We asked each of them what makes them the best candidate.

That primary is November 4th, with a run-off on December 6th.
